Hire Utah has taken the successful compatibility matching technology of logic-based algorithms that were developed by experts in the field and applied the same scientific methods to match students and employees with jobs and companies. We knew there had to be a better way to find a career, a school or a path rather than just luck. Then we predict the likelihood of the user be hired for a position based on matching your resume and work history with employer requests.

Culture continues to be crucial in predicting an employee’s overall job satisfaction and engagement. Our research shows what value and culture factors need to match to create engagement. Hire Utah calls it the “Sweet 16”. We identified factors, which can determine a person’s compatibility with a job.
